Gingerbread Lane is a family community created to make a familys life a little easier, a little more fun and a little more unique. Created with the notion of ease of use, we aim to be the only place youll need to visit to get a number of things checked off on your to do list! Come in for a play, a good coffee, lunch and then purchase the gift you need for the party on the weekend, register for the workshop that is hot on your mind and take home a meal to heat and serve for dinner tonight! Oh yes! and leave your mail at the front desk and well ensure it is sent that day no other stops necessary. We offer a variety of family-friendly services including an indoor playground, a gourmet cafe with nut-free bakery, a gift shop with unique ideas and Canadian mompreneur products and activity and workshop calendars to get ourselves and / or our family registered in. Our indoor playground is ideally suited for children up to age 6 and is perfect for hosting Birthday Parties with a variety of three party packages to choose from. Our activities and events calendar boast an eclectic smattering of programming for children from single event to multi-week courses, there is something to involve every age! For our adult and / or parent patrons, we schedule a full roster of workshops, seminars and guest speakers from Belly Dancing and Paint-Your-Own Pottery to Separation Anxiety Seminar and Whos In Control Of Me? workshop. Beyond our own front door, we strive to build a sense of community by offering a Used Toy Donation Program and a Play Date Coordination service that intends to strengthen community connections within the individual patrons neighbourhoods. Our new Monthly Membership option makes joining our Ginger community an absolute breeze with discounts on virtually everything we offer!
