Children's programs focus on non-violent forms of kickboxing, karate,anti-bullying and self defense techniques. This increases confidence, control, respect, coordination, flexibility, concentration, and improved grades. Classes are semi-private resulting in considerable 1 on 1 instruction. Martial Arts as a lifestyle is what we teach our students in a non judgmental, non threatening environment.
